Could the answer to that question be as simple as the fact that NO ONE has 'recommended' those posts that do not show a 'Thumbs Up' beside the persons name........... Once a post has at least One Recommendation, then you would see the thumbs up box beside the poster's name.......

Also, I would like to pass along a large 'Thumbs Down' on the recent 'gifting ' of those Incentive Options.............

The one word that comes to mind is >>>

It is time that us Shareholders are rewarded with something, other than NUMA

Management & Directors may have thought that "Flying Under the Radar" was a good thing for the company, but the only ones who have benefitted from this has been themselves.......

It may work in the short run .........

But.............
