Assumptions:

IF:

1. NOT "speculation" phase (sp price peak of $7.00) was Mar.'08.

2."Instiutional invest" (RCF date; but not BAO invest date) is apprx. june '12.

Then:

Where are we now on chart = (2 to 3 years) + (2 years) = 4 to 5 years from mar/08 graph start date. This translates into a "where are we" sp full value date window of mar'12 to mar'13.

IF:

Using the instit. invest (RCF) date of june/12;

Then:

sp full value date of (june'12 plus 1 year) =june'13

Conclusion: Full value sp window is between today (july 25/12) and June,2013.

Ps :

Actual mine build start up (winter road build window of dec/12 to mar/13; permits granted,etc, etc) then full value sp can only be dec/12 + 1 year = dec.2013. This extends the june.2013 full value sp date to dec. 2013, a year and a half from today.
