This is why our SP is not at $2 The management doesn't want the SP at a high level nor do the majority SHs. They can't steal the company through dilution without low SP. This is why the markets are so bad. The general investors don't trust publicly traded companies anymore because of the option problem. Just wait tll they want to sell, then the SP will magicaly be higher.
