I wonder, do you really think the NOT admin. are looking to wait 15 - 20 years for their own payback? Or is it that they'd like everyone else to think that it will take a long time? I wonder what purpose that would serve. Are they truly inept? If so why are the Chinese there as well as the new presence? We wait to see....but we'll know more by how the sp moves over the duration of the summer.
