Looks to me like a political attack by anti development liberals against conservatives.This article could fit in easily on the front page of the Toronto Red Star.

I see nothing of any financial/business use in that article,other than telling companies where to spend their own money.

Bottom line,nice political lecture railing against conservatives, that belongs on a political blog,not a business site.I`m already painfully aware of what the socialist position and opinion is concerning business development
