BJ...it's funny you should say that .....If the BOD were doing their jobs during the last couple of weeks , (when there was very little volumes traded ...and the share price was falling) you would tend to think that it would be an opportune time for the company to buy back a lot of shares and keep the share price in the mid-fifty's and keep the price up, after all it would be in their best interest as well as the other shareholders.

It is one of the main tenents of the BOD and the CEO to provide a reasonable rate of return to the shareholders.
