Wow!!!! the gov't has abdicated their responsibility for the transportation corridor to Cliffs. They've let the fox into the henhouse. Cliffs may now have the authority to "bleed" the other mining compnaies on the ROF for funding. They're already trying to bully an easement from KWG for the route. Be careful what you ask for. This is really troubling that the agreement with Cliffs for the corridor is already baked in.
