Yes but under who's radar.

Obviously our chinese investor and a recent fund were able to aquire about 10 and 20% of shares respectively ( ok probably most through added dillution ) and the chinese have the potential of another 10% locked up.

So it is under the radar but of the lowly individual investors and the like. Those who need to know do so and what Wes says or does has little to do with them. Our known assets, their quality, plus land hold speak louder than any thing else. Future looks ever brighter here.
