Why do Webequie need a new agreement. Why not extend the old/existing one with Noront?
Could it be that they have more demands? I suspect so. I do not think it is all due to loss of smelter to their region or decrease of significance/support of East-West road.

Scarff - The north-south is a rail line while the east-west is a road. Fed is left to fund the road while Ontario is in support of the rail line. If there is more or anything different I need to be corrected regarding my understanding.

I would go as far to say that it is Not even Webequie territory. Webequie have only hunting rights in the region, or do they?.
