Terrible market.....

News on delay of study.....

More news on delay of study for a year.....

......and NOT's sp grunts upward?

I fully expected NOT to nosedive after this. I'm perplexed.

Now, one would expect for NOT to think about the need to re-think their M.O. but this news at this time seems just a little convenient for NOT's tendency toward zero news. So what is NOT's news of late........? No news on the news....again. I can almost hear them giggling in the office at their great fortune to be able to delay delay delay .....yet again. Most curious.

Now I wonder what will be going on behind the scenes that NOT will some day whip out and say look at us now baby! Ya gotta know that's what they're up to .
