Goldhumter11: Many good points in your tea leaf point 1. Your point re moving in heavy equipment, supplies, etc is crucial to starting many build processes in winter 12-13. Otherwise a whole year of all construction components is lost for an entre year ( until the following winter). To effect this "shovel ready" project , this means that FN, Ea prepermits, funding splits, etc etc must be in place by nov 2012. Otherwise another year is lost: jobs; tax revenues; positive news to kick start all those McG promises and Harper Northern/ resource/FN strategies . Re delay the Cr until RR is ready: I would think that the PGMs would be shipped out on road first to quick start revenues followed by the Ni concentrate via pipeline. Cr jv's/takeovers /off takes will follow very quickly once the RR build end date is known. Discussion stuff for cottage rinatipns. Peter
