After all the discussion about F.N. issues ends and where to put the road, airport, railroad etc etc . the bottom line is the government got no balls, no money, and no brains. Not to mention that the f.n groups cant get their s^^t together to agree on anything. Also the Feds arent helping out and they caused most of the problems to start with..It might get done in 5 years...maybe...
