I am not sure when the bottom is; however bob Moriarity just called the bottom. He said buy when people are selling and you could make a fortune. He said he has been calling the bottom and tops for the last 10 years and has been right every time. One sure sign he said is that the volume is low on most stocks and it is hard to sell. When that happens, it is a sign that the bottom is in. This has certainly been the case. One stock in particular today sold down 2 cents on a measley 500 shares...pathetic I say. Just my opinion of course with a little help from Bob. PS: I am buying.
