I was kind of interested in the make-up of the RCF, so, checked out all persons. Only two were educated in Canada. A couple had mention of having had experience with hedge funds. Nothing out of the ordinary. Maybe their 18.19% of NOT will be good for retailors. Although getting shares for .52 cents kind of sucks, and certainly is a dilution.

I was lucky enough to pick up a few shares at .485 but dumped them as soon as they took a run. Still holding my core position.
