To maintain their share ownership at 9.9%, would Baosteel not need about 1.9M in shares only? They took around 2.5M in shares, which is around 600k extras or about a third more. Either, I am missing something obvious or it seems that they have increased ownership by about 0.6% which would give Baosteel 10.5% of Noront and as such they have taken the plung and are now formally insiders and required to report. Sending a message perhaps?
