Message: Flamboyant announcement, what is hidden on the dark side.
"That’s because there remain a great number of hurdles to be overcome before much-needed jobs can be created from extraction or processing of chromite, a key ingredient used to make stainless steel. Those hurdles can be lumped into three categories: a lack of necessary infrastructure, dissent from first nations, and a cumbersome process to get environment approvals."

I have one word to describe these types of articles..... "yawn". CLF is announcing as they are because things are going ahead. Both sides want it...they just need to finish the niggling on details. Building a rail line? Oooooo.....like we've never done that before. Dissent from FN? Like we've never seen that before. Cumbersome approvals.....haven't they read their own paper about gov't refining the process to get the wheels rolling? It boils down to one thing really.....a slow news day.....and the need to create controvery or conflict like any good movie. The media's job has but one purpose....to stay employed and get paid. If the real news gets conveyed in the process then it's a bonus. Bottom line is to sell copy.....but it does get tedious reading the same tedious article after article regurgitating on the same theme with just the change of the authors name....and sometimes not even that. Now, who is behind the stimulation of these negative tones.....hmmmm I wonder.
