Not to us but it is news to most of the public.

Redgreen ( & not just you), being an investor in the Ring are speaking from a biased point of view, we have to admit that. May I also add that being a long investor we are also impatient, that is our nature.

McGuinty is not a hypocrite from his point of view. Modern politicians instead of being leaders are followers of ordinary Joe Public. Only when things are blatantly obvious to Joe does a politician respond because he realizes that is where his votes are.

Note that Queens Park responds to southern Ontario but hardly a whimper to the north's needs. ( I am a south Ontarian and would like more response to the needs of the north.) I do not blame the present Ontario government, but all of them present and past, also all politicians as individuals.

It takes true leadership to recognize an opportunity and act on, to do good for the public even if that public is not aware of it.
