Because no real attempt was made at solving the problem which is debt. In addition more debt was and is being piled on in the US and lesser degree elsewhere. Therefore no solution to be seen in the near future. Status quo.
So no help from the world economy especially for those in the US of A.

What good help we Noront investors can hope for is infrastructure news. Drill results, natives saying we will oblige or cheap promisses from either of the governments will do little and for a very short time.
