I follow another company that I can assume the CEO is just as busy.

He never acts as though his job is not to answer to his investors, he (or an assistant) can put out a mass e-mail addressing price fluctuations or simply to add his own words to a complex NR.

I admire that, but I also expect it, no one is above respecting the 'little people'.
