A very important point. Also, it does seem that this pp is looking to close very quickly....or is it really that fast if this deal was cooked up a long time ago....and they're just letting it out now to minimize the time for a response by others. There could be many motivations for this kind of an action...and I'm sure some people are being taken care of in the process, but it's easy to see this as another downside to this biz and it certainly doesn't have a good taste to it at the moment. However, NOT could have made a quick sale a long time ago so why would they do it now I wonder? I don't think we'll ever see anything like $10 because nothing these days is going for that kind of money no matter what's in the ground seemingly, but I would suggest that these guys are looking for the best they can get and one could surmise that they are tactically positioning themselves to achieve that end. Personally I place no trust in them to consider our position, but I do trust they'll look after theirs and we just might garner some crumbs from it. Hopefully they'll be enough. We wait to see.
