It seemed to me that a very clear negotiating stance was presented by this FN grouping: we want electric power (the benefit) and; if we don't get it we will align with local mayors and EA to oppose Sudbury smelter (the threat). Can't imagine the entire corrider not getting on the grid as a result of the ROF development. To me it is the least that will be done and so no problem for moving forward for Noront, Cliffs and other ROF projects.
