I'm "out of the Loop" so don't understand the nuances and politics of what is being said, either in Minister Oliver's comments today, or the ROF Summit discussions. Is there big funding for ROF infrastructure or not?

Anyone care to translate it into English, or more specifically, the implications for Noront?

The last paragraph is rather general... "The Conservatives have targeted natural-resource exports as a major priority.
