We are coming up to the May 1 announcement from Baosteel,and with out any backup on infastructure from the goverment that will likely pass quietly as well.

Not aware of any announcement by Baosteel on May 1.

Rather, on May 2/12 they will have the right to increase their

ownership of Noront to 19.9% for one year.
