I have been here as long as anyone, we have handlers and have had for a long time! Any time news comes out that would move any normal stock up a mile, well we go down. Any upward trend is always meet with a downward force that is greater. I am of the notion that Noront will move up when it is finally allowed to do so. This is why no one will take a chance and buy this stock until the decks are clear, it has nothing to do with anything else.TIJMHO
