"The reference in the presentation is that Blackbird is a “pipeline” project. It refers to the fact it is the next project suitable for development after Eagle’s Nest. Noront has consistently noted that Eagle’s Nest is our first priority and Blackbird could be developed at a later time utilizing cash flow generated from Eagle’s Nest. In other words, it is in the project pipeline. Whether or not Noront chooses to transport the chromite ore using a pipeline has yet to be determined though we do, at this stage, consider it to be a viable alternative.
