Noront Feasibility Team - Slurry Pipeline - Ausenco

According to the most recent Noront presentation Ausenco are our pipeline experts.

One of their recent projects was a 145 Km iron ore slurry pipeline in Mongolia for Bao Tou Steel ( not to be confused with Bao Steel) that is designed to transport 5.5 million tonnes of iron ore concentrate per year in climatic conditions similar to northern Ontario with temperatures as low as -34˚C

Notwithstanding Hoov's comments on the limitations that may exist with respect to chromite, Ausenco has a number of world class projects pushing the boundaries of operating environments.
