good day

waws thinking about accumulation and its results and then went back to spq and fwr. i remember the outcry by spq shareholders when cliffs suggested their 1st fair offer. after all, the off was well about the 30 day price. along with the offer came suggestions that there really wasn't all that much in spq's holdings.

a similar scenarion unfolded for fwr.

recent posters have spoken about a buyout, with a suggested price of $1.80.(hope that's canadian).

and posters have also talked of a possible cliffs buyout.

i guess i could see a huge company lying in the weeds, waiting for cliffs to do the dirty work with the resulting takeout of cliffs at such a huge bargain basement price.

after the purchase, the large company then comes in to buy the undervalued cliffs and of course all their shareholders cry foul saying their company is worth so much more.
