Message: Well it's not bad news for the ROF....

but it would be nice to see them step up to the plate themselves instead of directing our attention to the fact that they need to encourage the Feds to help with the ROF. Kinda like what K said they'd do in a way. The language is very vague of course and quite possibly for some good reasons in terms of current negotiations. They offer hope but no detail in amazingly constructed nondescript language. Now that's a talent being able to make people feel hopeful and not really know why. Wonder what this document cost the citizens of Ontario. In the end I'm pretty pleased with it as I didn't expect much better. Now that that is out of the way the real games can proceed with the knowledge that the province is at least pro ROF and open for business. Interesting that in reading the document synopsis one could get the idea that the ROF could have been lumped in with the infra-structure that was going to be held back or downright terminated, but then one would have to dig into the document to find that that is not the case. Now I wonder how many people would dig into it? Think that wasn't an accident?
