I just picked up another 14,500 shares, just on a whim. I had to go to .65 to get them, and yet, immediately after my order, there were shares available again at .64. Obviously, there are controls in place to keep this from rising quickly (but yet, the algorithms are smart enough to take advantage of impatient or whimsical retails like myself and saved a penny on those shares).
