I believe that it is Cliffs, or, a Cliffs shareholding fund, institution or large SH that is working Noront for whatever reason. Same as what was done to FWR and the tackytics used against spq and kwg. Remember also the switcharoo that Iriwin, (spit) pulled. Who knows what games are afoot anymore. All I can say is there would not be games if there was no future value.
