"a new entity has declared that they have 10%"

Now where did they get them shares? From an institution? from a past PP? on the market? from suckered in retail who listen to bullboard professors? combination of all I suspect. The thing I would like to know is what is their average price paid? What do they want to do with the shares? How many others are sitting at 9% but on their side of things?. I am sure that someone will pay for and investigate who owns the rest of the story.... NOW. Insiders need to get at least what the option average is worth seeing that that is where the money is for them.
