If you look at the numbers for other companies and what they sold for in this present economic environment it is clear that people are just grabbing the money and running. Hence companies are going for chicken feed. I can't recall the last sell I saw for as much as $5 with this kind of junior stock. Now, none of them have been as pivotal as NOT could be but the numbers that people have gotten used to in this economy make it a psych. thing now. Those that thought of a $20 NOT in yesteryear I don't imagine even look into double digits anymore and certainly much less. The big fish have also gotten used to pay low numbers too so they do what ever nasty they can to strip the price down. Look what has happened to NOT's sp over the last months getting back up just below a buck then the hack...then up to .66.....then another hack. Yes, it's also the natural order of things for the sp to come down as people get out to catch the bottom of other things, but looking at how the sp has been taken down appears artificial and done by the same houses....er dens of iniquity. So now we see a group come out of the closet owning 10% at the time NOT's sp keeps getting restricted. Players beginning to make moves. Seems like offer time before long to me and guess what the initial offering will be....yep..... .90 to 1.10 or so. Does that look anything like $5? So we say that's just the first offer and it will go up from there. Sure it will but does anyone really think it will be over 500% When's the last time anyone saw a premium like that. It occurs to me that a couple of things will need to happen.....one is that NOT will have to razzle dazzle us with news that gets the sp flying....the cr triple didn't do it and we sagged in true NOT form albeit with a push back up, two is that we'll need to have the competition to push the numbers up with more than just two players or we just might wind up with something like the NOT/CLF bid. This is a unique situation so anything could happen but right now the numbers are problematic in light of current sellout trends. I'm totally expecting the unexpected. I just have this very stong impression that NOT BOD has an ultimate trick up their sleeve....but I could be just full of cotton candy. As usual it's just my opinion. We wait to see.
