Baosteel has little over 10million warrants good for 2 years

from june 2, 2011. Each warrant is exercisable to aquire one share

of Noront at C1.16.

They also have a right to increase their ownership to 19.9% starting

may2,2012 good until may2,2013.Not sure if those would be

treasury shares or they can aquire them on open market.There is also

standstill agreement of same duration.
