Don't think it is anything that nefarious in nature, the end result of the mad rush to stake corridor. Having said that...Cliffs just may try to flex some muscle with this one regardless of who's lap the issue has been relegated to. At the end of the day it should come down to "who staked first".

Be interesting to see how this all pans out as there's been some discussion on the forum as to the in's and out's of access with respect to neighboring claims.
