Hmmmm. They both say the same thing but with a little verbal twist. A titch of optimism in the first and a plop of pessimism in the last. It's amazing how the markets respond to headlines like these on a daily basis.....responding to a long term affect on a short term basis. Not too logical is it? As a matter of fact it's a little staged wouldn't you say?
