The funny thing is when I called the Canadian Finance offices a week ago to find out exactly if both the FEDERAL and PROVINCIAL budgets would be announced at the same time, I was told that the FED budget would be announced on the 29th; and the Ontario Finance offices told me that Ontario's budget would be announced quite sometime AFTER that date!

I was quite persistent asking them whether important infrastructure allocations were in both budgets. I was switched from office to office, and didn't get a real answer.

If major monies are allocated for important infrastucture projects, maybe both FED. and PROV. want to be in on the act, both claiming credit.

Whatever...

Just pray that mining country gets recognition for all the jobs it could create.
