I have been trying to fathom why McG, the great missleader/lier, would very unepectedly announce Ontario' budget BEFORE the Fed's on the 29th.

Refering to my Mar 11th post, above?), I offer the following speculation:

re a); by predating his budget on the 27th, and thereby claim that:

re:c); the private sector (NOT/CLF) has not agreed to contributing enough $ (its fair share!)for infastructure; FN; and his (financially/policy) crippled province; (hence not his fault); and then

re:b); thereby setting up the" infastructure failure blame" on the following Fed 29th budget infastructure expediture as being not its "fair share". Again: first blame the private sector (NOT/CLF) , and as backup , blame the Fed's.; then

re:d) monitor public reaction, and effect of HIS DELAYS; then

re:e) deploy "saviourship/white knight" plan with maximum public accolades at the expense of all others.
