Jeez, you guys, be serious.

319k is a normal expenditure for 165km winter road. And if anyone is talking about bridges, they mean ice bridges, which are a normal part of a winter road.

If there was construction of an all season road, who is paying for it? A roadway capable of the kind of traffiic we are talking about to support full development of the ROF would likely cost in the neighborhood of that 319k for each km built, rather than for the whole road.

And two bridges built already?????
