The cost didn't triple. The cost was always there. They, just didn't want to have to pay for it. They wanted Ontario to cough up. I Guess Cliffs blinked. To say the project is viable, just goes to show how greedy these big companies really are. Ontario politicians must be slapping themselves on the back saying " We just made 2 billion dollars!" But, is this part of a deal to ship out the chromite ore to China....ooooooo! We wait and see.
