BJ if you are talking about ,Frank Smeenk of KWG and what he said this morning on BNN, he was refering to KWG's 30% stake in Big Daddy. It was in relation to when Cliff's would develop Big Daddy and the fact Cliff's will mine Black Thor first. Thus pushing back the the timeline for the development and mining of Big Daddy.

This comment had nothing to do with any other properties in the Ring.
