Yes....and back up to $3 and then down to ....etc. etc. I'm not sure what your point is but the sp scenario is much like thousands of other stocks some up in the $50's and down below $5. NOT's main problem in addition to manipulation and the market nonsense was a lack of follow-up on the Ni. discovery to the satisfaction of the investment world. When we discovered Cr. it should have been a big deal but that wasn't allowed to be until CLF came along and then suddenly it was a big deal. That alone is rather interesting.
