the momentum has disappeared and the you know whos stick a whack of shares at a price they don't want the sp to climb over and if you wanted to sell at .84 you'd have to wait for their big block to be taken out, which isn't likely without momentum, or sell cheaper. And so the game goes. So the price sticks here until NOT does something or the offer is made on the average price over X days. Considering that CLF took out a couple of ROF companies well before we were at the stage we are at now with more resource identified, more progress toward infra-structure and more momentum in general, why wouldn't it be presently an equally good time for a volley across the NOT bow? We wait to see.
