A bit off topic but i believe quite relevant to ALL mining companies hoping to accomplish anything in the ROF.

This article is right on the front page of their biggest supporter,The Toronto Star.

This is just one of the "hoops" you`ll have to jump through that i was refering to a little while back.

DeBeers is just the largest operator at the moment in the ROF.Don`t think for a second that THIS dosen`t weigh heavily on everyone else hoping to develop anything there.

This is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg,but at least the chief is finally talking about the elephant in the room.
