Joint venture between Noront/Baosteel/Cliffs with FNs either in JV or revenue sharing and support from Ontario/Canada is going to be the best and maybe the only way. We have not much say by now. We can vote but I doubt with the recent SP we do not have too many hard heads left to go against anything that comes up. Still everybody will make good money.
