Message: Cliffs makes case for $1.8B smelter

"Not included in those estimates is $600 million to build an all-weather road it says will benefit remote northern communities and other Ring of Fire mining projects."

The all weather road will be great for hauling equipment and personel but can it handle 2.2 million tonnes of chromite ore heading south every year?Maybe CLF can rent space in the pipeline.

Kerry.
