I agree with both ascertions as to why they buy. To connect them, I might say that the insider feels confident and want's to ensure they get in before they are shut out. Conversly, they may just have some coin and think that their own company is were they want to put it. We agree that sometimes they sell because they need the dollars. In Noront's case right now, I think that the vibe around the shop is extremely positive and upbeat. If I was there, I am sure I would be all over a buyin right about now, cause I would be concerned about getting blacked out real soon.
