as it says, tuesday announcents "BUILD" on historic investments our gov. "HAS ALREADY MADE"

ring of fire is new, this announcemtn, has nothing to do with ROF, has to do with projects that are already underway

hope it clears things up for you

now lets hope harper gets off his butt, and makes a ROF infrastructure announcement sometime soon
