Absolutely... the most impact is generated if you stretch out the announcements over a long period of time... go to different ridings... If an announcement is to be made about up North, the most bang for the buck would come at the Forum later this month...

Sometimes there is a summary of all of the approved projects... anything like that yet? Is all the $320 mill accounted for?
