Heard it said a few times now Probe is not doing much with Black Creek until infastructure begins, Perhaps Wes is of the same mindset as full impact of any announcement will not carry the weight it should at this time. Surely enough quality has been proven up to have us over 85 cents so why stir the pot without all the ingredients.
