I agree... Let's also remember to respect the point of the forum... We're here for info... To toss back and forth ideas... Not to assess the validity of questions asked... We all come at this from different places. Personally, I think the reason for the steady rise of late might be related to either infrastructure or convergence of good finds along the FNC border... Hoping it's both. With the market seeming to settle though, it's looking to be more up from here, fingers crossed.
